The Mean Well DDR-120A-48 is a compact, industrial-grade DC-DC converter designed to convert a 9–18V DC input into a stable 48V DC output. It is ideal for powering 48V communications, networking, security and industrial equipment from a nominal 12V battery or DC power system.
Providing up to 100.8W of continuous output power at 2.1A, the converter also supports a 150% peak load of up to 150W for three seconds. Its output voltage can be adjusted between 48V and 56V DC, providing flexibility for equipment requiring a controlled higher-voltage supply.
The ultra-slim 32mm DIN-rail housing allows the converter to fit neatly inside control cabinets and powered enclosures. Its fanless design, wide operating-temperature range and comprehensive protection features make it well suited to demanding commercial and industrial applications.
