Can you recommend a good sealant when installing Lumitec Underwater Lights?

Use 3M 4200 adhesive or equivalent underwater adhesive. Coat the entire back of the housing including screws stem, plastic strain relief and approx 50mm of the cable. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! Secure in place and let the adhesive sealant do its job.

Should I be using an anti-fouling paint or coating?

Yes, for LUMITEC bronze underwater lights you may paint the housing with a bronze compatible Anti-Fouling paint, for LUMITEC Anodized Aluminum housing use a aluminum compatible Anti-Fouling paint or suitable prop-speed product.
