The Dualcom Remote Battery Management Module (RBMM) is a complete plug-and-play solution for monitoring and charging 12V battery backup systems. Professionally assembled and pre-wired using genuine Victron Energy components, the RBMM provides intelligent remote visibility of your battery system while automatically maintaining battery charge whenever mains power is available.
Designed specifically for mains-powered backup applications. When connected to the Victron VRM Remote Management Portal, the integrated GlobalLink 520 provides secure 4G connectivity, allowing installers and asset owners to remotely monitor battery State of Charge (SOC), voltage, current, power consumption, charger status, charging history, and system alarms from virtually anywhere.
The included 5-year GlobalLink data plan means the module is ready for immediate deployment with no additional SIM card or data subscription required.
The RBMM is ideally suited to installations where equipment operates from battery power and the battery is recharged whenever mains power becomes available. E.g. Security camera systems mounted on street lighting poles, where the camera operates from battery power during daylight hours and recharges at night when the lighting circuit is active.
The module is fully compatible with both AGM and LiFePO₄ lithium batteries, making it suitable for a wide range of security, telecommunications, industrial, infrastructure, and remote monitoring applications.
