The Surefoot S400 12P Concrete-Free Footing Kit provides a high-capacity steel foundation solution designed to eliminate the need for traditional poured concrete footings. Using a central S400 pile cap with multiple angled micropiles driven into the ground, the Surefoot system creates a stable foundation capable of resisting gravity, uplift, shear and moment loads.
This Dualcom-supplied kit is configured with 8 × 1930mm Surepile micropiles, making it a practical foundation solution for applications such as solar structures, equipment poles, communications infrastructure, lighting structures and other engineered installations where fast installation and minimal ground disturbance are important.
Unlike conventional concrete foundations, Surefoot micropiles are mechanically driven into the ground, significantly reducing excavation, spoil removal, concrete handling and curing time. Once correctly installed, the foundation provides immediate bearing capacity, allowing installation work to continue without waiting for concrete to cure.

Important: Surefoot foundations are site and load specific. Final pile quantity, pile embedment, footing capacity and installation requirements should be determined from the applicable structural loads, soil conditions and engineering requirements for the project. Surefoot specifically notes that its footing systems are designed according to individual site soil conditions and structural loads.
