The LATITUDE is a marine grade gooseneck style reading light. The spot light head design is suited for bedside reading to avoid disturbing the person next to you. Features a 2 amp USB Charge port integrated into the base, touch capacitive on/off switch and dimmable. Ideal for use in Marine (indoor) , Caravan and RV.

A capacitive switch simply measures the change in capacitance, when you touch the switch it disturbs the switches own electrical charge and reacts depending on its operation. E.g. A short touch will signal ON or OFF , a long touch will Dim the light Up or Down.
Yes, there is a small micro switch on the back of the base which will enable or disable the blue light around the switch.
