The BMPRO TrailSafe is an intelligent break-away emergency braking system designed to improve towing safety and comply with Australian regulations for trailers and caravans over 2,000kg Gross Trailer Mass (GTM). In the event of an accidental trailer separation, TrailSafe automatically activates the trailer's electric brakes, helping bring it safely to a stop.

Unlike traditional break-away systems, TrailSafe utilises your caravan's house battery to power the emergency braking system, eliminating the need for a separate dedicated break-away battery. It continuously monitors the condition of the house battery, pull pin, and brake circuit, providing clear status indication and fault monitoring.

For added convenience, system status can be viewed via a wired remote monitor or wirelessly through the optional BMPRO TrailCheck using Bluetooth technology.
