The ELV GEN4 300mm LED Batten with Microwave Sensor and Dimming is a compact, intelligent lighting solution designed for 12V and 24V DC electrical systems. Combining high-efficiency LED technology with an integrated microwave motion sensor, this commercial-grade batten provides automatic, configurable illumination for off-grid, industrial, marine and utility applications.

Operating across a wide 10–32V DC input range, the GEN4 batten is ideal for battery-powered installations, solar energy systems and applications where extra-low-voltage lighting is preferred. Its integrated microwave sensor detects movement and automatically controls the light according to the configured settings, reducing unnecessary power consumption when an area is unoccupied.

Using the optional remote control (sold separately), the sensor can be configured to operate during both day and night or only during darkness. Detection area, illumination time and dimming settings can also be adjusted to suit the installation, providing greater flexibility than conventional motion-activated lighting.

Producing 1,000 lumens from just 10W, the batten delivers bright, efficient 5000K daylight illumination with a wide 150° beam angle for excellent light distribution.

Built for demanding environments, the robust aluminum and polycarbonate construction features IP65 ingress protection against dust and water jets, together with IK08 impact resistance. This makes the fitting particularly suitable for public amenities, equipment rooms, marine applications and exposed service areas.

IK Rating or “Impact Protection” (the K is from 'Kinetic' to differentiate from IP rating) is defined in international standards and indicates the level of resistance an electrical enclosure provides against mechanical impact.
